How to Register
Fill Out the JotForm
Complete the online registration form for your child. One form per player. Takes about 2 minutes.
Pay via Cash App or Venmo
After submitting the form, send your $50 registration fee to $SAYFSportsGroupLLC on Cash App or @SAYFSPORTSGROUP on Venmo. Include your child's name in the memo.
Receive Confirmation
Once payment is received, you'll get confirmation with your child's team assignment, practice schedule, and jersey details.
Show Up & Play
Arrive 10–15 minutes early for the first session. Jersey will be distributed at or before the first game.

We accept Cash App and Venmo. Please include your child's full name in the payment memo.

Jerseys
- Every registered player receives an official SAYF jersey at no extra cost.
- Jerseys are distributed at or before the first game of the season.
- Players keep their jersey at the end of the season.
- Replacement jerseys may be available — contact us for details.

What to Bring
Basketball
- Athletic shoes (non-marking soles preferred for indoor court)
- Comfortable athletic clothing
- Water bottle
- Your SAYF jersey on game days
Soccer
- Athletic shoes or turf shoes (no metal cleats indoors)
- Shin guards (recommended for 5U–6U)
- Water bottle
